At the heart of energy healing lies the belief that we possess the innate ability to heal ourselves. As social beings, we often find it easier to clear blocked energy and heal with the support of others.

When we hold onto emotions or events too tightly, or push them away and refuse to accept them, this energy can become trapped within our bodies, leading to a state of dis-ease. By bringing this trapped energy to mind, clients can release it and enter a more healed state. Our body’s energy field will release blockages, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

In my practice, I align my body with a healing frequency or stream of energy, and you allow your body to resonate at the same frequency. As I hold space with access to healing energy for you, you can release what your body and soul are ready to release. The Universe and your body know exactly what is needed for you to heal.

This system is safe, as you have total control over what you release. Your healing process is entirely under your control, and your body and soul will not try to release something you are not ready for. They will also know the exact order to release blockages to provide the most effective and lasting healing.

My role in your healing journey is to guide you with the information I receive from your body, soul, or Universal Energy during our sessions. At times, I may receive information that triggers a memory for you. There is no need to share this information unless you wish to. Once you have this information, the process can continue, and you can keep releasing stuck energy.

We all have the ability to connect to the Universal Source, but many of us have lost this ability due to societal conditioning. However, we can all regain it if we choose to. I hope to be a part of your energy journey.
